Favorite Movies | Im a HUGE movie person...or should I say I have a great DVD collection. I go to the movies every once in a while...my personal favorites are: ROMANCE:Notebook, True Romance, Titanic, Carmen Jones, Breakfast at Tiffanys... DRAMA:Departed, Babel, The Queen, Dreamgirls:), Terms of Endearment, Mermaids, Man on Fire, Juice, Belly, Boyz in the Hood (I could watch all of these a million times)... FOREIGN:City of God, Shottas and Bad Education... THRILLER:SAW Cloverfield(kinda made me nausea but it was good) and Texas Chainsaw Massacre... GANSTA:Scarface, Carlitos Way, Casino, All of the Godfathers, and The Goodfellas...that type of shit turns me on...lol! |
Favorite Music | Truthfully I love all types of music but its all about the Reggae for me!! Buju, Beres, Luciano, Sizzla...It nurishes my soul:)...next up would be rap music. I love Nas, JayZ, Kanye of course Biggie, Jeezy, Lil Wayne...the list can go on for days but I stay blastin some rap/hip hop music in my car. Oh another personal favorite is Mobb Deep. WHHHHAAATTT! I get amped easily listening to their music. On my mellow days or when I take long drives out to Malibu, its all about Res, Esthero, Fela, Thicke, Bebel Gilberto and Cafe Del Mar type stuff. So for the most part I like to switch it up depending on how im feeling:) |
Favorite Books | I just finished reading Child of God...simply AMAZING!!!!!...but I am also getting into women and your finances by Suze Orman (great financial advice ladies)...some oldies but goodies are: Memoirs of a Geisha, No Exit, The Stanger, Dune, and Nelson Mandelas Autobiography...Long Walk to Freedom (still trying to finish that one) |
If you could peer far enough into the night sky, you'd see a star in any direction you looked. When would you sleep?
I wouldn't!
