Introduction	My name is Lesley Pulsipher. I am from Salt Lake City, Utah. I adore animals and have always known I wanted to work with them. I have worked at veterinary clinics throughout Salt Lake City, specifically in their boarding facilities, which is where my house and pet sitting journey began. The trauma the animals experience while being boarded was too painful for me and pulled on my heartstrings. I decided it was more important to me that animals remain in the safety of their own home rather than be subjected to such trauma of being boarded. I have been pet and house sitting for approximately 15 years. All the while I went to school and graduated from the University of Utah in May of '09 with a double major in Environmental Studies and Behavioral Science and Health. I have worked at every animal-related facility in the Salt Lake Valley, including Hogle Zoo, Tracy Aviary, Wheeler Historic Farm, Willow Creek Pet Center, Cottonwood Animal Hospital, and have ended up thus far in my current job at Intermountain Therapy Animals.
