| Introduction | I am a graduate student in the journalism program at the E.W. Scripps j-school at Ohio University. My studies have primarily been in magazine publishing and trade magazines. Once I finish school, my goal is to work in an editorial capacity at a magazine – preferably a culture/arts or trade publication. I will be done with my classwork in June of 2007, and my thesis will be completed shortly thereafter. At that point, I will be moving to Chicago, where I will try like the dickens to find meaningful employment. |

Sponges and tongues are frequently misspelled. Is it because both are thirsty?
