Introduction	I'm a Weight Watcher!!!! And believe in the practices that have enabled me to take off weight and KEEP it OFF for almost 3 years now. I believe in BALANCE, making PROGRESS and not trying to be PERFECT. I look to my co-Weight Watchers for new ideas and accountability. I NEED the WW meetings and that is why I am a leader. I need to stay close to the program and get great JOY out of watching our members achieve success in their lifestyle changes that help them lose weight. We are ALL in this together!
