| Introduction | I am a retired Registered Nurse that worked many years in community health nursing and shared many cases with hospice. I lost my first husband to pancreatic cancer. I decided after his death that I had worked long enough with death and dying and I would like to change careers. I sold my home in New Jersey and bought a log home in the Catskill Moutains, a place that I spent all of my childhood summers. I remarried and started my new life. We have a poultry and fiber farm with chickens, ducks, turkeys, guinea hens, alpacas, a llama, mini donkeys and angora rabbits. It is a work in progress. I am very creative and spend much of my time making some kind of art. I hope to share my art and my knowledge of fiber processing along with my other skills. |
