Introduction	I am a mom to three wonderful boys, and a wife to my beloved AF husband for 13 years and counting. I enjoy knitting, when I have time, though because I homeschool my three boys and I am in grad school myself free time is rather hard to come by. My oldest son has an enzyme deficiency (pancreatic glucoamylase) that means he has to avoid all forms of starch. He also has a gluten intolerance so any small amounts of starch in his diet have to be carefully chosen. I get so many requests for recipes by other people with dietary restrictions I decided I needed to find a better way to share them.
