| Introduction | Mama with two beautiful daughters, a wicked awesome husband, 3 dogs, 4 cats, and 6 hens. I am a Certified Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, where I turn a woman's placenta into capsules for her to take postpartum to help with her recovery. I am also a brand new yoga teacher. These are my thoughts and ramblings on things that are important to me- life, animals, Mother Earth, healthy natural living, and the birthing culture.
