| Introduction | I am the project manager for the Pleasant Hill Village Project. Based on the 2002 Pleasant Hill Local Area Plan, the Pleasant Hill Village Project is a major initiative to provide new housing, park space and a new elementary school with community space in a key area within the Pleasant Hill neighbourhood.
