| Introduction | Campus California is a non-profit organization that collects and sells used clothing. The proceeds are used to support the training of international volunteers to work with sustainable development in the poorest parts of the world. These programs are a life-changing experience for the ones participating, as well as for the people directly benefitting from the work of the development projects overseas. We protect the environment by promoting the reuse of clothing and in that way reducing green house emissions and saving landfill space. Our donation boxes offer a solution to the problem of what to do with clothes that are worn but not worn out. When individuals go to the grocery, the cleaners, the pharmacy or to drop off the kids at school, they can find a conveniently located Campus California box on their way, available 24/7 . Since its start Campus California has collected over 10,000 tons of donated clothing. |
