| Introduction | I travelled a lot with my hubby before we had kids. Backpacking to remote or different places...the more adventurous, the better. It was the good old, "I'll travel before we have kids....get it out of my system" syndrome. Hmmm. It never made it out of my system. It set solid. Two kids later, and I can't stop. My boys are now 3 & 5, and they've been carted around the world from the time they were both 14 months old. I'm addicted. I've been sharing our travel adventures with friends and family via email for years now, so I might as well share them via blog with anyone else who's keen to listen! I hope that this blog provides not only a dose of vicarious travel, but also some practical information for anyone planning a trip to our destinations - especially those travelling with children. And if I can inspire even one person to pack their bags and head off, or to pack up their kids and head off, then...I'll smile. Job done :) |
