Introduction	It's time for fun after all of these years of competition. New challenges and adventures here I come. Testing myself as far as just what I can do. I really enjoy running, cycling, swimming, hiking and training for different endurance races and have completed Ultra-Marathons and Marathons including Boston twice. I have completed Half-Ironman races and several other triathlons as well as cycling races. I want to inspire others and help them to be what they want to be and to reach for the stars and try and accomplish what they think might not be possible.

Favorite Music	All types.
Favorite Books	Any books dealing with running, cycling, and outdoors. Dean Karnazes' Ultra Marathon Man: Confessions of an All-Night Runner is one of my favorites.
