| Introduction | Hi and welcome! My name is Karla Vernon and I am a mom, primary school teacher, and a student in the Teacher Librarianship Program at UBC. I love all my jobs, and you bet there never is a dull day in my kingdom! During the week, I teach grade 1/2 at a local elementary school. This year, I also embarked on a new adventure sharing our school library with the one and only Mrs. C, it has been a very rewarding experience! After school, you will usually find me either at the local ice rinks cheering on my two hockey loving children, or in a bookstore always trying to find the perfect book to read to my students. |
