| Introduction | I graduated as an LPN in 1974 and earned my RN degree in 1981.
I have worked in Med-Surg, Hemodialysis Step Down Unit, L&D, Nursery, Psych, Addictions Nursing and presently as Case Manager.
In 2005 I started Nursewing.com as my way of giving back to nursing. One of the ways I feel Nursewing allows me to do this, is by having the skills to publish my "Angel of Mercy Collection." A series of nursing tributes & poetry which I began in 1995. I also started the Nursewing Gift Shop in 2005, a long awaited endeavor (10 years to be exact) to create nursing appreciation gifts for RNs, LPNs, LVNs, CNAs, MDs, Student Nurses and more. My sincerest hope is that my tributes and appreciation gifts will serve to provide a way to commend our nurses and healthcare professionals for a job well done. May we never forget our Nurses and the hard work involved in caring for humanity and meeting the needs of the sick & injured. With warm regards to all, Evie :) |
