| Introduction | Hello, I am Dr. Vincent Barla. I hail from Kanchan Garh Village, Baratang Islands, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.This blog is spcially about my childhood which I spent in Baratang Islands. I am presently a member of Central Secretriat Service, and working as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, New Delhi.Prior to this till June 20012, I held the position of Director in Department of Telecommunications and thereafter for short spell in the Department of Justice. Presently I am Deputy Secretary in Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. |
