I forever strive to find balance in my life when it comes to fitness. There is no greater challenge than overcoming your self doubt, will power and other limitations. I am fascinated by food and nutrition and the chemical and hormonal reactions that take place within the body, the amazing results that come from properly fueling your body. So here I am, learning, growing, and sharing this lifelong journey that I have dubbed The Autonomy Project. I'm a recent Paleo convert (as of January 2013), and I'm on a quest to be in tip-top shape by my 30th birthday, in March 2014. |
