| Introduction | I'm just a girl trying to eat good gluten free food in Austin, TX and around the world. I have benefited significantly by the searches I perform on the internet and the wonderful people who post their experiences. I thought I would contribute. Please remember, though I am strictly gluten free due to celiac disease, I do take calculated risks. For example, if I read all the ingredients and am 99.9% sure something is gluten free, I'll eat it. I have had great success with this and have a perfect TTG to prove it. However, make your own decisions about what is safe for you. |
