| Introduction | Having worked as a chef for a Surprisingly Long Time and in many parts of the world picking up all sorts interesting, useful and surprising recipes, ideas, tips and food related info I am now keen to pass it all on. This being the case I write cookbooks and blog posts that are a little different; whilst most contain a collection of recipes (often the same or very similar from book to book to book!) and whilst mine do, of course, also include recipes I try to give all the information, handy tips, good ideas, suggestions and alternatives to help readers become confident, spontaneous and excellent cooks themselves. |
