| Introduction | Mark Petrucci graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1991with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. While in school, Mark was first introduced to AutoCAD v2.6. Mark moved to Atlanta in 1995 and worked 12 years as IT Director and CAD Manager for Wakefield Beasley & Associates, a 120 person Architectural firm. He moved to The Preston Partnership, a 320 person multi-disciplinary AE firm, as the Principal of Design Technology. Mark is experienced with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, and QTO. During his tenure at WBA, Mark discovered his passion for teaching, and went on to teach AutoCAD classes for 8 years at Gwinnett Technical College. He was the first instructor to teach AutoCAD Architecture 1.0. Mark joined Applied Software as a Senior Application Specialist. His years of IT, CAD, and BIM support provide an excellent foundation to guide clients through the transition from CAD to BIM. |
