Introduction	For 8 years I wanted to make my first big trip through Europe. What happened was that I landed and stayed in Switzerland untill now. I had and I'm still having a wonderful time here. Switzerland has given to me the experience to meet so many nice and lovely people who teached me a lot about life and myself... Switzerland gave me my calmness back... Switzerland opened my heart for Yoga...and Yoga changed my life even more. With these experiences I'm looking forward to travel to Asia, so I can dive deeper into the silence within myself, hope to make good and bad experiences and finally even explore myself more in my 'beloved' Switzerland...
