Introduction	I'm learing how to express myself through thoughts, feelings, emotions, and truth.I know I am not directly in the storm of BPD right now but Im edging towards recovery or atleast a sense of balance. Just for now I will accept that this is where I am and hopefully bring some clarity to everyone who read's this that mental illness does not mean a life sentence. There is hope and there is faith.
