Introduction	I've been homebrewing for about 2 1/2 years now. I think that I'm just getting to the point where I'm making really good beer. My wonderful wife Cathy is very supportive of my hobby. Always the first to offer her help and support, she even helps with some of the mundane parts of homebrewing. She's the best. She even is always there to sample my brews, which is surprising considering she's not a beer drinker.
