Introduction	I am 36 and diagnosed in April 2007 with breast cancer.I thought that this was something easily tackled and would take at most a year out of me life. I had a lumpectomy and sentinal node clearance. Turned up for my for my first chemo to be told that i had node involvement and that the cancer had already spread to my bones. I have metastic involvement in my hip which cannot be cured. So far I have endured chemotherapy (3 x Fec /3 x taxotere) and 5 weeks of radiotherapy. Now on Tamoxifen and bone strengthening drugs. Trying to come to terms with this but its not easy!
Interests	Married for 12 years to Gordon. (We have been together for 19 years this year). One fantastic son Christopher aged 8. We all Live in Oakley, Hampshire along with Chloe our 16yr old arthritic dog and stig the Hamster. Vice Chair of Basingstoke Amateur Operatic Society. Love to sing and perform and you can usually see me on stage every February at the Haymarket Theatre, Basingstoke Love reading, drinking wine and going on holiday
