| Introduction | Hey, this is Jen and I am often found coaching high energy Indoor Cycling and TRX® classes, guiding people to be present and realize their strength. With undergrad and Master's degrees in psychology, I find myself on a spiritually minded path...a Reiki Master Teacher and Interfaith Minister. I believe in bridging the spiritual and physical bodies, through an integrative, mind-body approach to overall health. I am also a mom to 2 inspiring boys and, in my "spare" time, a runner, logging miles on roads and trails, going beyond what I thought possible. |
