| Introduction | I joined U3A in 1998 and I am amazed at the things I now do. I have served as Secretary, President and Program coordinator, the role I am now in. My background is in Architectural Drafting and retail/wholesale of wallpaper. After being persuaded to prepare a course on Geography I have gone on to preparing others on The Islands of Sydney Harbour, and The Islands of Australia. I also present a series once a term called Edification in which I take a random look at Architects, buildings or anyone related with buildings. U3A really brought me out of my shell and I love the range of subjects we look at. |
