| Introduction | In 2004 I was diagnosed with CRPS/RSD (http//:rsds.org) Along the way, I became thirsty for how people succeeded in life without losing themselves, or becoming their diagnosis. I started "Tuesdays in Touch RSD Support Calls", a facebook group, Sonoma Hope for people in pain in Northern California, and I am a life coach for others. I hope this new format will help support these groups and bring us together. Let's take a journey together. What have we got to lose? I am not claiming to have all the answers, but my burning drive to create and transform and share what I am learning creatively... well it made this page. Fly on over anytime.
