For orders more than 300 pcs, confirmation need to be done at least 2 months before delivery. 3. A deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation. The payment balance must be made before we make the delivery. Payment can be made either by cash (by hand) or through Maybank2u. 4. A cancellation fee of 50% of product price will be imposed on cancelled orders after order confirmations. 5. Delivery and courier service will be made on Monday and Thursday only.The charge is based on the postage fee and weight of the goods. 6. Gifts Souk have the rights to publish all samples/designs for advertisement purpose. 7. All goods sold are not returnable. |
