| Introduction | Like running, completed 14 marathons so far. Would like to achieve a sub 4 hour marathon soon! Always curious to test own limit, how fast, how far can I go? Is achieving a 3 hour marathon possible ? Are runners born or nurture ? How was the Universal created ? Is the future already fixed ? Maybe we will never find out, life can be just so random! Human need to evolve to a state whereby they do not destroy each other ! Human not only caused other species to go extinct, we are set to destroy our own race if we continue to be so self centre ! Human need to learn how to live at peace, need to take control of our mind ! Current Marathon PB 4hr47min26sec achieved at the Dec 2014 Singapore SCB Marathon! |
