Introduction	Rather than rambling about myself, I'd like to put what this blog is really about. This is basically about depression. I've had depression as long as I can remember and this is where I intend to be more honest than I am with anyone else. I am not attention seeking or anything like that. I see this as a perfect chance to get everything out. I find it easier to writing things down. If one person reads this and empathises, I'm happy. If not, I'll still blog. It may be poetry, a rant or just an honest confession. Anything.
