IntroductionAs a clinical psychologist with a PhD from Hofstra University, I've dedicated my career to innovative healthcare technology and whole-person health information systems. In the early 1980s, I pioneered digital assessment tools in psychotherapy, using computer-based data collection and analysis. In 1994, I founded National Health Data Systems to develop comprehensive digital health tools that enable a measurement-based, client-centric approach to care. Over 25 years, we researched and developed software tools that capture and analyze extensive biopsychosocial information. This work focuses on building actionable insights about cognitive, emotional, behavioral, biomedical, and environmental factors influencing health. Currently, our efforts are concentrated on implementing AI-powered RevealMyWay™ software tools for practitioners and others that provide insights for increasing psychological well-being and managing problems. We're also collaborating with organizations to develop advanced recidivism risk assessment and reduction tools, as well as tools for improving workplace environments. Beyond technology, I've developed a theory of the human mind and subjective experiences.
