| Introduction | I join the Army @17 and spent the next 14 years on active duty. I traveled all over the world seeing all kinds of great stuff. Got out in 1992 and after a short while realized I missed it. I was in the inActive Resevers at the time so I just joined the National Guard. Spent 11 years in the Guard until the Iraq war started. My unit got activated to go so I was back on active duty. Got wounded in Oct 2004 by friendly fire. It started the end to my military career. I was medically retired in June of 2006. 27 years 11 months & 20 from the day I had enlisted in the Army. Been retired and a stay at home dad ever since. Bought my first Harley in March 2007 and been enjoying them since. |
