Introduction	I am incredibly lucky to work as a refuge ranger for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at a complex consisting of over 11,000 acres of habitat. I am extremely passionate about the mission of the National Wildlife Refuge System as well as all natural resources. It is my goal through this blog to continue growing intellectually as I meet other people who are contributing to conservation, education, self-growth and enlightenment and community enhancement. Emily, the coauthor of Natural Tenacity, is my sister in law and best friend. She is a very inspirational and dedicated worker for a variety of causes. We started in our respective careers on the same day.
