| Introduction | My name is Kimiko Foster and I am in my fourth year at UVic working towards a double major in Anthropology and Environmental Studies. No, I am not a tree hugging hippy. I am just a regular person who has realized that my lifestyle is funded by the environment. The clothes I wear, the car I drive, the heat i use, are all products of the environment, and I respect that. With this respect comes the desire to make things right. Through education I am becoming more aware, and I am choosing not to ignore it.
