| Introduction | I am a seeker. Of this I am certain. I am on a path that has led me to many times and places that have taught me and challenged me. I love animals and the farm life I began while living in New Mexico. I have learned some horsemanship, the mind of a Lippizaner, the antics of goats and what a guinea hen is. I have tasted grass hay and learned to stack the bales. It seems I'm learning about the journey of life and have developed a yearning to learn artisan ways. I cook, I eat, I travel, I counsel, I learn, I meditate, I dance, I explore. I started this blog as a way to journal and keep in touch with friends and family. I have found new joy while traveling in Italy, Thailand, India and France. As I think of my nephews and what information and photos they might find interesting, I have dedicated a section of this blog to them. I am finding it so fun to look at life thru what I imagine to be their eyes as well as my own. I am on an Eat, Pray Love kind of journey. I have no destination in mind as Im finding the Universe usually has other plans anyway. So join me while I learn, love and laugh (so far, mostly at myself)... |
