| Introduction | We are Amy and Erin - the UnStrungSisters. We opened an Etsy shop, UnStrungSisters.com, in May 2007 to sell fun, contemporary, hand-crafted jewelry. Here’s a little about us: We grew up in Northern New York on an apple orchard and farm. We always had lots and lots of pets - horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, a goat, bulls (sometime ask Amy about the scar between her eyes). We spent lots of time outdoors. We both went to same university - several years apart, and both have degrees in marketing. We both had careers in the Corporate world until our children were born and we both are fortunate to be able to stay home and watch them grow. Amy is a typical “Type A” - loving things organized and running smoothly. Erin is considered a “Type Z” thriving in organized chaos. Amy is an East Coaster - living in Southern Virginia and Erin is a West Coaster - living in Eastern Washington State. Luckily, our husbands support our UnStrung nature.
