| Introduction | Responsible for all matters pertaining to legal/statutory compliances of the organization required under the law; keep track of the major trends emerging in the field of governmental policy/legislative business and suggest concomitant proactive measures to deal with them; prepare the Legal Strategy and Policy related to the Management of the legal environment of Company’s business; set up systems, processes, procedures in line with the Legal Strategy; to create a legally compliant work culture/environment throughout the Company; to deal with the whole myriad of issues, systems, policies, and procedures related to the legal discipline; responsible for vetting all legal/commercial documents of the Company; coordinate all matters pertaining to litigation/having legal implications with the Advocates / legal Consultants and be the Organization’s Representative in all the court matters; responsible for all judicial/quasi-judicial issues and matters involving mediation/arbitration/adjudication; and act as an In-house Advisor for all legal matters. |
