| Introduction | "skirt" is or was the evil alter ego of David Dempsey -- a native Californian who grew up fishing Southern California streams (yes there are a few that are not concrete lined ditches --with brown trout so big they had to swim downstream to find enough water to turn around in...) and the Eastern Sierra in the mid 60's. He has fished since he was 5 or 6 years old and received his first fly rod somewhere around the age of 11 or 12 |
