IntroductionI'm a Ph.D. student in Molecular Biology at UC-Berkeley. I spend most my time thinking about how I want to change the world in one way or the other. Ironically the vast majority of my time is spent in a lab doing experiments that rarely work but that may one day have implications in the realm of cellulosic biofuels. I like doing anything outdoors. In 2005 I hiked nearly 3000 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail and that was certainly a defining point in my life. I've also been lucky to do quite a bit of traveling and have come to know and love Latin America - it's people, places and customs. I'm always open to new ideas so if you've seen the Bolivia project webpage and have any feedback or comments please feel free to email me at boliviaproject@gmail.com
