| Introduction | I am a whole foods chef and chef instructor, living in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains of California. I have a passion for seasonal foods, farmer's markets, organic gardening, and anything that involves being outdoors. I recieve immense pleasure from creating, cooking, and sharing my knowledge of clean, honest food with those around me. I believe that true good health does not come from pills or isolated nutrients, but from our relationship to the foods we eat and the environment around us.
