Introduction	I'm a veteran of the food industry who got sick of selling stuff that didn't make people healthier. Whether you're vegan or not, I personally think everything you eat should make you healthier - not take away from your well being like so many things that are out there. So, in my journey to live a more or less "neolithic" diet, I found out about the beauty of natural fermentation. It's crazy healthy, and as a former chemical engineer, I loved the thought of letting nature transform something good into something better. SO it's my goal with this blog to spread the word of natural fermentation to a many people as possible, and to make it easy for people to bring it into their lives as well! Interests	Anything having to do with health food and nutrition. Mostly, though, I just ferment stuff.
