Introduction	I am a people person who has been fortunate enough to make a successful career out of doing what I love. I am a Senior Management Consultant, Business Development, Executive Recruiter and Technology Sales Professional out of Las Vegas, NV. I have more than 25 years of over-achiever status within the high tech software - services sales & sales management arenas. I've worked for companies such as Oracle, IBM, SAP, Deloitte Touche, Hewlett Packard, BAAN and PeopleSoft as well as some of the smaller yet ingenious start-ups that have come along through the years. I have hired, fired, trained and managed sales professionals and recruiters throughout my career but usually while carrying a bag of my own along with a quota to achieve. I believe in leading by example. I have always exceeded my quota, and have built a powerful network of contacts throughout the technology industry for which I will continue to utilize to ensure my future success.
