| Introduction | Troy and I got married in December 1999. In August 2000, we moved to Grenada, an island in the West Indies, where Troy went to medical school. We spent two years there and then moved to New Jersey. We lived in Jersey for two years while Troy did his rotations, and then we moved to Tulsa so he could do his residency in Internal Medicine. I worked in Jersey and then took the job with me, working from home, when we moved to Tulsa. I finally quit that crazy job and have been a mom. I like that job much better! After living in Tulsa for 4 1/2 years (Troy worked one year there after finishing up with "everything", we moved to McKinney, TX. We love our new home, Troy enjoys working at Baylor-Plano, and Ashlyn is making more friends at her Montessori school. Oh, and it's nicer being closer to family now! Blah, blah, blah...I think that's enough. |
| Interests | Gardening/planting, bike rides with Ashlyn, taking care of my "zoo" at the house, watching TV, shopping, decorating, putting anything together (although I do get rather impatient too often!), spending time with family and friends |
| Favorite movies | I am not an avid movie goer. I enjoy watching movies but it's never on the top of my list of things to do. However, once I watch a movie, I always enjoy them. Go figure. I have no real favorites, especially since I rarely go! |
| Favorite music | I like almost all types of music. I can't stand a lot of country...I like the old country better. I don't like to hear people sing too loudly...opera. Other than that, I like it all. I'm obviously indecisive. |
| Favorite books | I pick up random books to read. Most of them are passed down from my mom or Troy has read them, unless they're historical ones! No favorites for now...I like to read at night to enjoy the peace and quiet. |
