Introduction	My name is Paula! I am a wife, mother, friend and sister. I have 2 sons 10 and 14. We are in the process of switching our diet to whole foods plant based diet. I have been cooking vegan food for my family for 3 weeks. I have lost weight and feel great! I am setting this blog up to document our process. My husband has high blood pressure and is on several medications. My new life mission is to get him off the Rx drugs. I aim to share information as I learn! Feel free to help me along the way.
