Introduction I'm in my late 40's, I have 4 children. I'm married, & living in beautiful Colorado! I have 10 Grandchildren! (I'm so blessed!) I've been sick with MS for 18 years already. (That's difficult!) But the biggest and best thing I can tell you about me is that I love my Lord Jesus with all my heart. He's my life!
Interests Sharing with others about our Lord Jesus Christ, spending time with or talking to my family. I enjoy sharing the news that I find that might interest others, and seeing how this news is leading us to the soon return of our Savior Jesus Christ. I love to read good books, see good movies, eat good food, Be around happy people, and I absolutely adore worshiping my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sabbath, along with my church family. I truly enjoy counting my blessings from the Lord and enjoying those blessings. He is truly Merciful & Giving. Very much worthy to be praised.
Favorite Movies I loved 'The Last Holiday' with Queen Latifah & LL Cool J. I loved The Cat in the Hat w/ Mike Meyers. Fiddler on The Roof I really liked, Mrs.Doubtfire has always been a favorite. I liked 'RV', I must have watched it about 4 times already! I enjoyed 'Ghost Rider' with Nicolas Cage, The Notebook, and 'A Night at the Museum' with Ben Stiller was really neat! & Sweet Home Alabama! (I love happy endings!) I really also liked 'ELF' at Christmas time. and I like anything with John Candy. I really liked 'Mad Money'. I need to go watch some of the new movies that are out now.
Favorite Music I love Christian music & OLD church Hymns. There's a lot of Country music that I think is great & some of the Classic Rock really takes me back, but some songs I can sing along with from memorizing them as a child, but when I sing the words now, AND ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THE WORDS I'M SINGING some of those words really freak me out and I don't want to sing them anymore! Old R&B music is fun!
Favorite Books My Bible is my most favorite. I really wouldn't want to live without it. I do daily Bible reading. It helps me in my life to remain grounded in The Word of God. I like to read new books, but there are some real good old ones too. 'A Tree Grows in Brooklyn' is just great as one example. I love "Christian Chick Lit" it's called. Christian suspense and mysteries. Christian women's themes. My main focus on reading is that I don't want to pollute myself with anything more than what happens in life. (The Lord tells us to be in the world, but not of it.) I love The Boxcar Children series for children.
