| Introduction | I'm a teacher of the Pilates Method, in the classical lineage of Joseph H. Pilates. I started studying movement arts in high school with modern dance & ballet. Through that venue I was exposed to Pilates, and have been a student of it for ten years now. I am extremely passionate about sharing the gift of movement with people, and doing the best I can to affect a positive change in the world. |
