You can read my food and restaurant reviews in the Pinecraft Pauper, our seasonal village newspaper. My first book, Taste of Pinecraft, was released April 24, 2010. I have a few other projects in the works - one is a book devoted entirely to Pies. My third book, more glimpses of Sarasota Florida's Amish Culture and Kitchens releases November 2012.
