| Introduction | Maths/computer programming & biology does not go hand-in-hand. It is a myth !. Programming is more of a common sense, as I realized. It is just a language to communicate with computers. If you can speak more than 1 language, then you can learn this computer language too !. In my blog you will find working solutions in Python, Perl and Matlab that I wrote to solve my day to day problems with huge data files. The choice of language depended on the type of problem.
