Introduction	I've been on a life-long journey of weight loss and never been a journaler (sp?) probably because I've been very private about my 'demons' on this journey. But I have found that this blog when I started it in 2011 was therapeutic. My hope is to maintain this blog and that something is helpful and/or motivational to someone else.

Favorite books	Novels. And absolutely loved E. Lynn Harris' books.
