What's the best time you've ever had licking stamps?
In college my friend was the director of the state 4H office. A group from church would help get the mailouts sent. We would have contests and races - resulting in the winner getting a new 4H teeshirt or mug. Not all mailouts required stamps but some did. If you were in OK 4H in 94 and 95 most likely I sent you mail.
