Introduction	Diva Boutique Bakery has many faces, its a deli, a cafe, a bakery, a catering venue ... we make all our food on site with as much local, organic, free range produce as possible. our cakes and breads are baked by our bakers daily. Diva has had more than one incarnation, starting as a coffehouse in kinsale town in 2001, it out grew its walls and moved to ballinspittle village 5 years ago. Diva is still expanding with its new deli/bakery space, and we hope to hold small baking/cooking classes in 2012! we want to provide a unique funky and casual experience to all who visit the cafe/bakery. this blog is a kind of journal with regular posting of what we are thinking about and interesting highlights as the year ticks by... we hope you enjoy it!
