Introduction	I started this blog because I wanted a record of using the Thermomix at home, but from a chef's perspective.. As Ive gone deeper into the Thermomix world my style has changed. On my first day of my chef apprenticeship, my Chef said to me, 'I'm going to work beside you for a couple of days and make sure you shake off any 'house-wifey' habits'. Since Ive entered the Thermomix world, I think Ive picked up a few, but I also think Im lucky enough to be able to pull the best of both worlds together in my cooking, making delicious a fast meals every night.
